At Aina Naturals, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless from start to finish. Our team carefully processes, packs, and ships each order promptly, working with trusted carriers to provide accurate delivery estimates. We recommend shopping early to avoid any potential delays, especially during busy seasons.

Shipping Options, Rates, and Arrival Times

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00
    Estimated Arrival: 2–8 business days, depending on location
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $70 before taxes
  • Express Shipping: $15.00
    Estimated Arrival: 2–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: $25.00
    Estimated Arrival: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are based on normal business volume. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Orders are shipped on business days: Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are typically shipped the same day.
  • Faster delivery options are available, but not all shipping methods are available in all areas.

Same-Day Delivery

Need your products today?
Place your order by 1 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1 PM will arrive the next day.

Same-day delivery is available in select areas for $10.00.

Subscription Boxes

Aina Naturals Subscription Boxes are shipped via Standard Shipping. The cost is $8.00, with an estimated delivery time of 10 business days.

Shipping Couriers

We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post to deliver your packages safely and efficiently.

Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions

  • Alaska and Hawaii: Only express or priority shipping is available (2–3 business days).
  • US Territories: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
  • Military & Diplomatic Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Orders ship via USPS. Tracking may not be available, and delivery times may vary.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We currently cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, our Customer Care team will contact you. We do not backorder out-of-stock items.

Order Cancellation and Adjustments

Due to fast processing, we typically cannot cancel or modify an order once placed. For urgent questions, please contact us immediately.

Common Questions

Can I include special delivery instructions?
Yes! Select "This is a gift" during checkout and include your delivery instructions. Contact us with questions.

What if my product melts during delivery?
Products marked with a melt warning may soften in transit. Place the product in the fridge to solidify. Appearance may change but remains usable. Melted items are not refundable.

What if I don’t receive my order?
Contact us with your order number. Our Customer Care team will assist you promptly.
