Aina Naturals Subscription Boxes are shipped via Standard Shipping. The cost is $8.00, with an estimated delivery time of 10 business days.
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post to deliver your packages safely and efficiently.
We currently cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.
If an item in your order is out of stock, our Customer Care team will contact you. We do not backorder out-of-stock items.

What if my product melts during delivery?
Products marked with a melt warning may soften in transit. Place the product in the fridge to solidify. Appearance may change but remains usable. Melted items are not refundable.
